The year 2007 spelled out renewed success for transport developments on the ferry lines operated by the Scandlines shipping company, with the excellent results attained in 2006 improved upon yet again in all traffic segments. All in all, the Scandlines shipping company carried a total of 20.5 million passengers, 4.3 million cars, more than 1.1 million trucks and trailers, 80,000 buses/coaches, plus 85,000 railcars on its routes in the triangle between Germany, Denmark and Sweden as well as to the Baltic States and Finland.
